I am loving this season and I gotta tell you, in the lead up to Easter I always feel something very special in the air – like something magical is about to happen! 🙂 Do you?
I have something important to share with you and I hope it is helpful to you!
Have you ever wanted something so much that your heart desired it so deeply? Of course you have!
Do you remember or know what that can feel like when you want it the most and it just doesn’t manifest when you want it to?!
It can feel so stuck, hopeless, lonely and extremely frustrating to say the least! So what do you do in those times?
Here are some things that I do to help me, and as a life coach, go through these not so great times:
– Sit with my emotions and listen carefully to my self talk about this. Notice what beliefs I might be holding on to that don’t serve me. I journal these or at least sit with this awareness for as long as I need to to gain the learnings about myself.
– Get support!! Talk to those who love you about how you are feeling and just be listened to and understood.
– Get really clear on the bigger picture so that whatever you are going through has a different and better perspective. I absolutely love music and the lyrics to this beautiful song say this point really beautifully. And by the way, I don’t consider myself to be of a religious sect so God to me is Universal Source.
