My purpose is to help women connect with their inner wisdom, heal their disillusions about themselves and deepen their self love. To have them love who they really are on all levels so they create lives they absolutely love.
When you deeply understand yourself you can have self-love to self-promote. Ask for that promotion! Create that business and share it with the world!
Have the freedom and financial rewards you crave.

LISTEN TO PODCAST
Learn the secret to creating energy any time you need it. In this first episode of the podcast, Lauren shares the first out of the eight possible ways we can self-sabotage.
She also shares about holding paradoxes. She explains the beauty of paradoxes, so when things are negative in certain ways, we can actually still feel positive in other ways. This gives us a higher perspective, a different perspective, with no matter what’s going on for you, the question can be—where can you find the joy? Where can you access that gratitude for what you do have?

Episode summary to read:
What Is Sabotage?
Sabotage happens when there’s a gap between where you are now and where you want to be. To know that you are sabotaging your efforts, there is an assumption that on some level you have a clear idea of what you want in life—your dreams, desires, and goals. But many of us struggle with clarity, often because we haven’t defined or written down our goals. Even if you’re unclear on specifics, most of us have a general sense of what we want and can compare that to our current situation.
Where Are You Now vs. Where Do You Want to Be?
-Assess Your Current Situation: Take a moment to think about where you are today in different areas of your life.
– Identify Areas for Improvement: Consider which areas need improvement. The place that needs the most attention might be where self-sabotage is happening.
Reflection Question #1:
Are you blaming a lack of energy for not achieving what you want?
The secret to having more energy is inspiration.
Idea – Ask yourself, “Do I love myself enough to be inspired and have the energy I need?”
Reflection Question #2:
Are you busy with things that don’t truly matter?
Idea – Focus on activities that bring you closer to your heart’s desires. Stop wasting time on tasks that aren’t aligned with your true goals.
Reflection Question #3:
When was the last time you played or had fun?
Idea – Reconnect with your childlike innocence and sense of play. This can bring back inspiration and enthusiasm.
Reflection Question #4:
Are you stuck or undisciplined in certain areas of your life?
Idea – Find a balance between freedom and discipline. Trust in the universe and make choices aligned with your true self.
**Bringing Inspiration into Your Life**
Inspiration is key to overcoming sabotage. When you feel inspired, you have energy, excitement, and enthusiasm.
Reflect on moments when you felt truly inspired—what were you doing, and how can you bring more of that into your life?
Other Questions to Reflect On:
– What could be stopping my inspiration?
– How can I reconnect with my inspiration?
– What do I want to have more energy for?
Embracing a Fresh Perspective
As you move forward, approach life with the innocence of a child. Let go of past pain but hold onto the lessons learned. Give yourself permission to experience something new and exciting, free from old patterns and limiting beliefs.
Focus on one idea at a time and approach it with a sense of possibility and infinite potential. This mindset will help you overcome the sabotage of feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
Final Thoughts
Reclaim your innocence and inspiration to break free from self-sabotage. By doing so, you’ll move closer to your dreams and desires with a renewed sense of energy and purpose.
